After seeing the Team Jersey being dragged on like eternity, I’ve decided to print a jersey for myself & some of the team members if you really want a jersey for yourself badly. Of course, this jersey is not compulsory. This is only for those people that really have a heart for the team & want their jersey badly. As it is after a sample jersey, you should not expect a wonderful result. If what you want is only a jersey that is satisfactory to you, please kindly wait for the perfect team jersey. It should be on its way soon. What I’m printing is a jersey that is cheap & ordinary looking.

I’ll be the one choosing the design & colours, no choices will be given for the others. I no longer believe in democracy for jersey. All the decisions would be make by me solely. So is either you want a share or continue to wait for the main Team Jersey. Just for the info, I don’t need much people to print the jersey, even if there’s only me printing, I’ll still print it. So don’t bother to try the boycott method on me.

hello it is me again.this time is not some good stuff.it is some lecture stuff.
i dun mean to act coachy or act as if i am v good to lecture the pple better than me.but i am expressing wat pple feels.u noe, opinions makes a person improve.
alright as we all know we have a match with the hy teachers on thursday.we can sae that we are bringing a v huge confidence with us as some of our team members participated in last week's match n we had some huge harvest.ed n tl alone scored 5 n 4 goals respectively.n we won 7-1 to 5n1 if u remember.even though both opposing teams are not playing well.i am sure we could win this thurs if there is a match, if we know how to cooperate.
if u are serious in having a team in us, pls listen to me.please throw away ur ego when playing in a match.i mean personal glories.ok.i can jump past 11 pple on my own n score a fourty yard effort.wat a goal u may say.but have u forgotton tat u said CR sux of his individualism?or reyes perhaps?well.even king henry gets fustrated with individualist reyes.yes u score goals.n lead the team to victory.my team may win the match 11-0 with me scoring the 11 goals on my solo effort.but y is the mvp chosen amongst the team mates not me?becoz i have forgotton those pple hu wipe my backside when i run up n attack.instead, my team mates might hate me for scoring 11 goals individually becoz they feel tat thay are the pple who does the dirty work n make up the numbers while i get all the cheers n credits.
secondly.pls pass more.i noticed some has already started to pass.i am happy.maybe u are happy becoz u did something new.but some i cant feel it.i understand when u are on fire u might wanna thrash the opposing team.n most probably u might want u urself to score coz that will simmer u down n send a invisible notice to the opposing team that says--dun mess with me- or these kinda things.but even the on form zidane passes to 'the out of form for a long time' raul.y?trust.imagine if the ball is with me n i am marked.then a teammate weaker than me is beside me unmarked.should i pass?even if he misses the ball or makes a mistake when having a ball i still dun blame him becoz teammates are for u to trust n work together with, not to wipe ur asses or make up the numbers.mistakes exists becoz they make humans learn.

alright i got alot more to say but i am sleepy already.maybe next time or another kind soul will continue wat i sae.i emphasize again i am not saying this because i am not happy with some pple in our team.i'd love everyone to stay in the team n make comments to make everyone enjoy n play soccer better.i cant help it if u think i am writing about u.it is for the better of the team.let us improve n be more selfless for our nameless team.hahah.i think i am acting coachy.but i am NOT okay.

Yo man. I am the first one to reply your post, Surf.

Hah, personally I dont really feel that your attacking level is decreasing. Perhaps it may be due to us already playing together for some time & we are so used to the way that how each of us attack that we could always predict the moves & defend against it. However, when we are playing with other outside teams on our turf, your dribbles & pace is always a boost to our attacks.
Next, there could be so many reasons for you to drop back & play a deeper role. To defend, to organise the attack, to get the ball for yourself, to have more place to dribble, this can go on & on. But its not a bad thing to drop deep. Look at your idol Henry. Issnt him also dropping deep to play the ball ? I may not be a soccer expert but the way I see it here is that he maybe trying to add another dimension into his play. Being able to playmake to his team-mates & being able to hold the ball instead of just being the front man & just waiting upfront for balls to be passed to his feet. That’s what I thought though. No offense. But some I advices that I think maybe able to help you could be make yourself unpredictable & believe in your teammates.

i noticed that my form has dropped drastically and its not improving. my attacking instincts seems to be getting kinda blunt and my prowess is fading. i'm more withdrawn when attacking and seldom go forward compared to last time. tell me how you guys feel bout it and i'll try to regain my form back. thanks alot. i can accept criticisms.

Since zhile rants about evaluation and since i noticed no one's gonna do something about it, i'm going to start the ball rolling. ok, since i don't see some of you when i come, i'm just gonna evaluate the guys that i see, so it's fair and it'll avoid me calling wee chong a world class player(which is not true). joking, joking. none of us here can make it for our nation anyway.

zhile. able to slide and strafe past defenders. shows good technique. excellent balance. you just need to work on power shooting. i suggest u by the 3.50 ball and ram it against the pillars of your void deck a million times. just what i did when i was 9. nice body when he takes off his shirt. ;D. To die for. hahahahaha

yan ting. well what can i say about this s.o.b. aggression and tackles, HARD TACKLES, revolves around this stopper. passionate, yes. but a little bit too passionate, yanting?? good upper body strength, despite your thin frame. which is good, gives illusions to other teams. brave? of course.
took my clearance right in your nose remember? as a defender, u need to check your positioning. we've played with this guy back in secondary school and most of the time we thought u were playing striker! don't drift away from me man.

jia wei. well, well. shatec boy. hahaha. jia wei is a useful player. he's versatile and he has stamina which is needed in many positions. i've seen his newly-acquired turns and i must say that it's effective. turns that evades gets u out of troubles. and thats what your turns do. as a player, we need to have strength. strength is what u need, jia wei. free time, go gym. haha.

fabi. fabi, fabi. i'm not saying this because i wanna act "coachy", i want all of us to improve. ok, fabi, physically, u are fine. but u need to improve on your technique. particularly, ball control and first touch. you possess great teamwork cuz u pass often. and you block and defend well.

anyway, if you guys wanna find a field to play, can always come to the SP multi purpose field to play. the condition is better already. and can challenge my school team, as in CLS team. i'll be more than happy to arrange for you guys. but which side i play on will depend.

Yeah, I agree with JW.

Soccer should be something that we play to enjoy. Though our playing style may be different, but the aim of enjoying soccer should be there. However the desire to improve oneself should also be there as there is no point using Enjoyment as an excuse to let yourself deteriorate. After reading what JW wrote, I felt kinda it was like referring to me. Hah, but its okay, I know myself I still play soccer to enjoy after all.

Since I am at the motive of playing soccer, let me clarify one thing.

I no longer use anger to motivate myself.

I admit I do get angry sometimes but I no longer let it take over my senses. I only get uptight when I play because I see my teammates doing things that pull down their own standards. As I believe no one plays soccer to lose, we should also try to win as we enjoy. I hope what Ive said didnt offend anyone. If I did, sorry. There is still a lot of us to learn, so lets all play together to improve and have fun.

Back to XS friends challenge, I do hope we will have a nice time. So please try to make it possible. As we all know, we do have very limited field experience for the team. If any of your would like anymore field matches, I have also 2 teams of friends that are willing to have a game of friendly match with us.

The first one is YuLi team - Jurong Gonzales. Most of the members of their team are from Hyss 2005 NT or NA batch. They have good skills but they lack teamwork. Also, they have a coach and definitely have more field experience than us. They usually play in the fields of NTU on weekends. So if we gonna have a match, we would need to travel to NTU.

The other will be some of my friends, they are 2 years older than us but the level that we are playing on is almost the same. They are very experienced in field matches and each of their players has their respective positions. This means they have a permanent and good keeper. But they have not been playing for some time so their standard and stamina may not be as good as us. This team plays in any field in Singapore but the bad things is that they book fields and refs for matches. So if we gonna have a match with them, we have to pay some of the costs as well. But the costs should be around $5 per person. Also, if your want, they can also have a friendly street soccer match with us. But only on sundays. Hah.

Hey guys I gt 2 grps of people waiting to play with us from my poly side. The 1st grp is indians under 18, grp name: Galaticos. They are exprienced and strong with 90 minutes of infinite stamina. Aswad style. Few of them are SPSU[singapore poly student union] players which I suppose SPSU is last year SP inter cons finalist. Galaticos won Geylang United Under 18, 4-0. Therefore no way we are going to play them. Just for ref...

Next..another match is against a mixed grp of 17yrs old. I knew some of their players, not very strong compare to indians. They are like us. Just that they don't play every sat. They wanna play us on next sat 16th dec. Time and space I'll confirm later. Firstly i gotta confirm whether we got a complete team or not. Wee chong doesnt seems to join us every sat therefore we doesnt have a stable goalie. I dun wanna end up like last time whereby we argue abt keeper issue.

Guess what, i'm here blogging at 5.35am..haha..can you believe it? Anyway, i'm just here to talk about our attitude towards soccer..guys, i seriously feel that we should change our attitude towards soccer for the better..i mean, come to play soccer with the correct attitude..which is to enjoy soccer! Sometimes i noticed that some of us here come to play with the wrong attitude..so you guys wanna spoil the game ar? If that is so, then let me tell you..you are unwelcomed..hey, please spare a thought for others who wanna enjoy the game..you think it is fair for others to suffer just because you got your own problems or whatever? I know all of us here might have our own problems and temperament..but please, playing soccer is not for you to vent your frustration or whatsoever..if you wanna vent your frustration, go buy a sandbag and hit it at home..we people here wants to enjoy soccer, not to let you vent out your anger or act as human sandbag when you feel like playing rough just because of some petty problems that happened while playing..if you got your personal problems, then i rather you not to join us for soccer in the first place..instead, settle your things first before playing with us..and we should learn how to control our temper too..on top of that, no rough plays ok? I don't mean not to play physical in this way..my rough play here means injuring others..you are playing with your friends leh..be a bit more considerate..we got schools to attend (except me) and some of us here got to work too..

Totally agreed with Zhi Li. The jersey problems seems never ending. Last time was the jersey brand now is the numbers. Sometimes I really wonder if the jersey could really be printed anot.

According to what Zhi Li told me, a plan of everybody taking back their original numbers first. Then those people that are unsatisfied with the numbers must first get someone to take their original numbers then they can get to change their numbers. I think this plan may work. As this is more fair and people can no longer change numbers as they feel like it.

If not, I have another plan. A plan that ensures total fairness. I'll have 25 pieces of paper with the numbers written on it. Then we'll draw lots. Whatever number you take, you stick to that number. Like that it doesn't matter if the person is first or late to draw. Its the same as in the school team or like playing professional football clubs. Do you think you get to choose your numbers or you are being assigned to the numbers.

Actually numbers ain't that important. What matters is your skills & how strong your team is. Not how great your numbers is or how beautiful is your team jersey. Mean no offense here, its just that I'm pretty frustrated as the jersey thing is already been dragging for months. Its time we made some out of it.

i love peacemakers.xs dun seem settled to me taking no 21.it's unfair to ah bao oso coz he is the last one to choose the numbers.so any of the peacemakers wans the hot no.9 mengwee left us.i think they both should have the 1st priority.or i can take no 9(hah),then edmund can get his no 17.as for choon ngee who wans the no 8, i, or rather everyone, feels that u are quite contented with ur current no 3 as u're one of the 1st to choose the numbering if i am not wrong.so i guess it has to be fair.yt told me he had special reasons for insisting on no 7.so when the numbers are all settled,he will tell us the reason y the insist on no 7 before we order the print.if that is a lame reason,we'll kick him off no 7.no hard feelings for above though:).

also.maybe we can do an analysis for our team after every time we played our regular game for every individual player hu played that day.it helps us improves our game.n know wat our team wants better.makes us better players oso.it can also make the blog a more lively place
for example.8 pple went to play soccer today.so 1 of the 8 pple hu played will evaluate our performance that dae.and compare it with last week.whether it is better or not.then tag the comments on the tagboard.intrested parties who wants to volunteer to be the analysist pls tag.haha.

Really a quiet blog. Seems like nobody is interested in updating the blog. Due to heavy rains during evening, soccer has been cancel and and we can only play on sat. Tomorrow, quite a number of people cannot join us for soccer as they have intercons in SP. Those who are available, however, will still be able to play this sat as we have just enough people to form 2 teams. So if anyone of you wants, please tag and let me know.

As for the street soccer tournament, can anybody please tag and let us see who are joining the tournaments? Thanks.

well.long time since anyone blogged here arh.our soccer sessions on evenings maybe be cancelled sometimes because the country is welcoming a rainy season i guess.it will rain during the afternoon.n when it ends at bout an hour later the whole floor will be wet n we'll be denied frm playing. so please be present for sat morning soccer.also.i'll not be coming in the mid novs as my term tests are at 13-17 nov.so maybe i cant be able to play=)

hm..since this is my 1st entry i shall post some short comments on the players who played soccer just nw,or should i say yesterday...

asaph-->fast,pacy and skilled in dazzling stepovers and a good dribbler of the ball too
xuan sheng-->deadly finisher,give him an inch of space and he will put the ball into the back of the net
fabian-->determined player,good passer of the ball,good execution of through ball,can defend and attack pretty well,a tireless player
yanting-->solid defender,fast,stamina of a horse,defend and shoot well,strikes fear into opponents with his tough tackling
yong zhen-->solid defender also,his style abit different from yanting,usually stays at the back and is a good reader of the game
zhili-->good passer of the ball,good at playing one-two,conjures up spectacular goals when you least expect him to shoot
wee cheong-->fantastic goalkeeper,not afraid to dive even on hard ground,can defend as well as attack,superb all rounder player
leslie-->good defender,commanding and good reader of the game,always put the opponent under pressure with his good man marking skills
jia wei-->improved a lot as a player,have great confidence when playing and can shoot from acute angles,an unselfish player
harry-->tallest guy around,great body strength,have great pace, a no nonsense defender,usually uses body strength and pace to get past opponents

After having not played for 2 weeks, today's really enjoyable. see alot of improvements made by everyone. esp Ai Long and Nobert; jia wei got improve overall,technique and power whereas zhili's shot got more power now.Guess i'll have to ka- kin go improve meself else i'll be out by everyone's league =X.
Oh yah, soon kueh,how come your leg so hard one?my feet still hurting after going for the ball together, but also good lah,can take the opportunity to train my otherwhilst good fer nothing left leg.

Ok so [Adiboy] asked me to write an entry so here's my entry. frankly, i'd never thought i'd be in any football team this year. I also thought that my football playing days were over. but thanks to this team, i'm getting my groove back in playing the game. To be honest, i was also eyeing for my first ever number 4 jersey. but too bad, i joined the team late. number 5 will do for Frank De Boer, i guess. Hey, i asked aswad a few weeks ago whether we could play his team and he said ok but i gotta confirm with the captain or uh.. coach? manager? who's the manager here? Yeah, the manager, whoever he is, confirm with me la.

hey guys how'd you all find the new blogskin?? please give me your most frank opinion. took me some time to finish it but it was worth it. i'm very much impressed with it. please applaud loudly. haha. i thought that the previous yellow one was too childish and not cool enough, that's why i decided to change it, with permission from fabian and zhili though. hahaa. their like the pioneers of this blog.

yeah... i think this is the blog we guys have been waiting for and it's finally here!! Credits and thanks to those who created and design this blog. It has been superb. Hope to see you guys come and post something on the blog daily, be it crap or your own opinions! Feel free to post!

hey guys..come online to post leh..this blog will get boring without any post..haha..anyway i hope that all those people in our team will always come to our sat soccer gathering..lol..

Most importantly, i hope that everyone's soccer skills will improve more and more !! For tomorrow's soccer outing, those guys that said OK better come hor..i coming after work leh..don't tell me u guys cant go after studies..haha..but if really very busy jiu never mind ba..afterall studies are still more important..just don't be like me without any school..

anyway guys, tml i'm gonna have a tribute match for my old shoes..my Vapour Pace..which had gone through all the good and bad times with me..when i scored goals, it was there for me..when i was having a goal drought, it was there for me too..so i hope i'll be able to score some of my last goals with my Vapour Pace..lol..guys, rmb to supply me some balls..and sorry for crapping so much here..paiseh paiseh..

alamak. y nobody post 1. post leh if nt v empty. since this is a blog for us to tok cok. if dun have the username n password get frm fab or me.
anyway i tink in the future we can just use this blog to post on the soccer meetings. easier. can save msg for them as well.
n sorry man guys. i wun be able to join ur for soccer again this weekend. got workshop again. i tink next sat most prob will join u all. unless gt something crop up.
